Located in the heart of the Downtown Arts District, The Yoga Gallery welcomes students to its two spacious, well-equipped studios and meditation garden.
Upstairs, the original studio features 1,200 square feet of beautiful hardwood flooring and large windows on the east and west walls to provide plenty of natural light. The newly created, downstairs studio contains a fully equipped yoga wall for assisting students deeper into poses and aiding alignement. At about 850 square feet with gorgeous bamboo flooring and a western exposure that opens into a lovely meditation garden, this studio is also fully equipped and used for yoga wall classes and other specialty classes.
The Yoga Wall can help a healthy Yoga practitioner find a new way to access different muscle groups in a pose that they were unable to do without the ropes. And it can be used therapeutically to help individuals heal from injuries, especially from arthritis and degenerative disc disease..
